Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and the Yule time holidays are coming up to end off the year and things can get pretty stressful and busy during this holiday time. Here are some quick crystal tips to keep your personal energies in a positive state and your mind released from stress:

1) Stress Relief Crystals

If holiday planning and holiday activities leave you frazzled, carry or wear these crystals as jewelry to help you through the season:

Try to give yourself 15-20 minutes of private time each day during the holidays to get some inner peace and connect with your higher self. There are plenty of short meditation tracks on YouTube if you need some music or guided meditations. Hold on to your favorite crystal in your receiving hand or place it over your heart to assist you with your relaxation needs.

3) Salt Bath with Essential Oils

Taking a salt bath will help remineralize your body to keep you stress free, emotionally stabilized and relaxed. Take some Epsom salt, a few drops of lavender essential oil and a polished rose quartz in a warm bath to get a instant stress relief fix. Create ambiance in your sacred space and home to boost the positive energy in your home. Here are some ideas you can add to different areas of your home during the holidays:

  • Lepidolite in the bedroom to promote restful sleep and relaxation after your hectic busy days.
  • Add an amethyst cluster or selenite lamp to your living and dining room to promote purified peace when visitors come over.
  • Use crystal tea light holders around the home with rose quartz, quartz, amethyst or selenite to radiate harmony.
  • Crystals like sodalite, amazonite and rose quartz are good crystals to decorate with around the dinner table to promote harmony, love and good communication.
  • Place black tourmaline, selenite or halite near your home entrance to purify the energies from people coming over.
  • Place citrine in the kitchen or in other areas of your home where you want to promote positive energy and happiness.

12) Gratitude

Lastly, when things make get too stressful for you, stop and write down a gratitude list. Be specific and notice what specific things, the little things, that you are thankful for. Focusing on the good things you’re thankful for during the holiday season will help bring things into more perspective for you.

See what things bring you joy and why you choose to spend time with those that mean the world to you. Release the things that stress you out during the holidays and perhaps change your routine to only focus on simplicity and things that truly make you happy.
